I saw Styx back when they were in their hay-days. I haven't listened to them in a long, long time. I hope they make their way here. Set up a second noose, @metazai. Miss C ain't alone...
I live near Houston, Texas and have seen Styx several times in the last couple of years, as well as back in the 70's and 80's. Going to see Journey with Pat Benatar and Loverboy in a few weeks. It's great to see these bands that we grew up with touring again. I try to go to all that I can because when they are gone there isn't anyone to take their place. Name any of these newer bands that will be around 25 years and you would still want to see them play ? Enjoy seeing these classic bands while you still can.
I recognized the pic as soon as I saw it. I have seen them 5 or 6 times over the years. I also saw Boston/REO/Prism a few weeks ago. And I too have tickets for Journey/Benatar/Loverboy but it turns out I cant go, so I'll miss that one.

Styx. At our local festival. The kids couldn't deal with the crowd, but 10,000 old people were used to such things from back in the arena days.
