With more and more police departments using cameras to keep an eye on officer interactions, a random review will no doubt turn up some delightfully funny sequences. The Dover PD discovered that this officer likes to get down with Taylor Swift while he’s driving. He really gets down! Except he has the dignity to turn it off suddenly when people are looking.
